There will be four stages of the hiring process. We are transparent and clear on our process of hiring. We keep you updated on the entire process and the progress of your application. We wish you good luck.
1. Apply for a job

If you find yourself suitable for the position, please apply for the job. Please provide all supportive documents to us at this stage.

2. Get shortlisted among the candidates

Lumbini Group will review your application and shortlist you if you are among the right candidates. You will be notified by email or a direct call about your interview and further selection process.

3. First stage Interview

There will be a face-to-face or video conferencing interview. After this interview, you will be notified whether you are selected for the second round interview or not. If selected, you will be called for the second round of interviews.

4. Interview

This will be the final stage of the selection process. If you are selected you will be offered a contract. Acceptance of the employment offer After your selection, you are required to accept our employment offer. You must accept this offer within a 7 days time frame. After 7 days it will be deactivated unless agreed.
